A few years ago Craig Rodriguez approached me with a proposition to form a new company operating as a boutique in the diving industry. He was keen to draw on my knowledge and experience in this field. I agreed, took a minor share holding and, after a couple of years when the company was on its feet,I resigned and went back to being lazy. Subsequently a very keen and motivated young man, Rick Payne, bought the company and proceeded to grow and expand the business in a quite spectacular way. I have been delighted to observe this success. Progress such as Rick is achieving, in a market which is competitive and tough, can only come from good ideas,hard work, absolute honesty in dealings,good customer relations and demonstrated integrity.
Rick,and the company,deserve all the success they are achieving and the results emphasise their possession of all of the above qualities. It's great to see Performance Sports in such good hands and going places.I wish them all the best in the future. Peter Fields
